The demand is such skills that it is listed as a 'Shortage Occupation' in a UK gov.uk website (https://www.gov.uk/.../skilled-worker-visa-shortage...).
By studying a science degree at a UK university, it may help International students to get onto the Job ladder after graduation, whether in your home country or in the UK.
